- Call Center Agent
Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Job details:
- Location: Zamalek – Head office.
- Working hours: Rotational shifts
- Morning shift: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Night shift: From 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Days off: Two days off on rotational basis
