Job Description

One of Leading Food Chain stores is looking for: -

  • Call Center Agent

Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Job details:

  • Location: Zamalek – Head office.
  • Working hours: Rotational shifts
  • Morning shift: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Night shift: From 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Days off: Two days off on rotational basis

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (language school graduate)
  • Graduates
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Gender: Male & Female
  • Flexible in rotational shifts
