Job Description
- Communicate with hotels, tourism agencies and embassies to coordinate local and international trips for employees including handling visa applications, flight tickets reservations and hotel rooms booking
- Coordinate with national and international conferences’ organizers to send conferences’ invitations and invoices
- Handle the communication with freight companies to send and receive packages successfully, and deliver the packages to the concerned parties.
- Coordinate and organize company’s events
- Coordinate with internal catering service providers to assure smooth operations and employee satisfaction
- Search, collect and analyze data related to the daily duties and tasks
- Perform other related duties as required
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree in any field
- Previous Experience: 0-2 years of related experience in a similar position
- English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate
- Computer Proficiency: Upper Intermediate MS Office Package
