Job Description
The role will be based in Egypt. You 're responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office. Use a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office. manage online and paper filing systems. manage social media for your organization.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.). Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare agenda for meetings.
- Attend meetings and take minutes.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible. Provide general support to visitors.
- Respond to department’s heads in a timely and professional manner, both orally and in writing.
- Some minor human resources management.
- Typing, preparing and collating reports

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a MUST
- Expert of using MS Office
