Job Description

The role will be based in Egypt. You 're responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office. Use a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office. manage online and paper filing systems. manage social media for your organization.

  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.). Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare agenda for meetings.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible. Provide general support to visitors.
  • Respond to department’s heads in a timely and professional manner, both orally and in writing.
  • Some minor human resources management.
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree is a MUST
  • Expert of using MS Office
