Job Description
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Advise user on appropriate action
- Follow standard procedures for resolving windows and network issues
- Network infrastructure (switches, routers, Access points).
- Maintain and support Hardware / Software configuration: Servers, PCs, Switches, Access Points, Routers, Firewalls and storage system
- Install and configure computer Operating systems.
- Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and Intranet.
- Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade networks
- Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
- Ensure network security
- Define network policies and procedures
- Specify system requirements and design solutions
- Manage end user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best-practices
- Perform and test routine system backups and restores.
- Build and deploy new servers on the network as needed.
- Providing Remote Support for all users
- Handling IT report
- Other duties may be assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline
- Good command in English
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Operating Systems (XP, 7, 8, 8.1, 10, Windows server 2003 - 2008 - 2012) and Microsoft Office versions.
- MCTIP OR MCSA IS A MUST CCNA is plus
- Good problem-solving / decision making skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- High potential & Communication skills.
