Job Description
We're looking for a Laravel Backend Developer to work with us on our next generation of peer-to-peer shipping & travel platform.
We need someone with at least 3 year of experience building complex backends with RESTful APIs while following the MVC architecture and best practices.
What we expect from you:
- Design a new version of the existing API with help from team members
- Deliver results reliably and without surprises
- Communicate well with the other team members, including the mobile app developers
- See the big picture and able to comprehend the backend system as a whole
- Write clean maintainable code, making future development a breeze and not a burden
- Write unit tests to make sure nothing breaks as the system evolves quickly
Job Requirements
- 3 Years Work Experience with Laravel.
- Experience in both Relational and Document-based Databases
- Excellent Understanding of OO Design Patterns
- Practical Experience in Micro Service Architecture
- Knowledge of Real-time protocols for event/message streaming (eg: Socket.io)
- Knowledgeable with Payment Services (Stripe, PayFort, etc.)
- Experience in CI/CD and the DevOps lifecycle is preferable
- Experience in Push Notification services is preferable
- Experience with Azure is a plus but not required
