Job Description
- Follow up financial status , dues with customers and traders.
- Generate ideas that shall enhance movement of slow moving goods.
- Leading and supervising sales representative team on daily & weekly basis.
- Ensure and follow up that sales team achieves financial and selling targets.
- Visit regularly the traders to ensure that goods are delivered to him on time.
- Prepare regular sales achievements reports and submit to area manager.
- Prepare sales visit schedule for his sales team.
- Review and assesses sales reports prepared by his sales team, and accumulate for submission to the area manager.
- Evaluate his team performance and recommend training needs.
- Identify problems related to sales activity and initiate problem solving.
- Supervise the selling orders issued for the traders with customers service and coordination with the warehouse.
Job Requirements
- University Bachelor degree
- Has a good supervision skills , specially in white goods field.
- Ability to open new markets.
- Not less 15 years experience in sales field.
- High communication skills
- Very command of English Language and computer skills.
- Giza & North Upper Egypt residence is a must
