Job Description
- CR Executives are responsible to welcome the patients and visitors.
- The CR Executives must attend the questions related to appointments and schedule of the patients.
- CR Executives are responsible to receive and answer calls as well as handling the queries of the patients related to the timings and appointments.
- CR Executives are responsible to respond quickly to requests made by the patients and bystanders.
- Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- 3 + years’ experience, preferably in Hospital and Clinics.
