Job Description
After condensed training course and applied on-job training, Developer Support Engineer will do the following:
- Receive & Resolve Development support cases.
- First queue for changes and fixes for the solutions including SQL programming , .net web development , and SQL reporting Services.
- Communicate with the support team to deliver the fixes and changes.
- Communicate with the Development team to deliver escalations and changes.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduate of: Computer Science/ Computer Engineering.
- Preferred Universities: Ain Shams, GUC, Cairo, AUC, AAST, Helwan, MIU & BUE.
Technologies:
- Full understanding of OOP and modeling.
- Complex SQL Programming.
- Deep Asp.NET Knowledge.
- Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 and modern web scripting and development (Javascript , JQuery , Ajax , JSON , etc.).
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
- Problem solving skills.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Competent technical skills.
- The ability to work in a team and individually.
