- Handle the local and foreign purchasing necessities with special focus in the maintenance and production consumables.
- Negotiate and close purchase orders and contracts.
- Analyze and evaluate current and potential vendors in consideration of the internal quality and cost requirements.
- Provide and evaluate information about relevant price trends and developments in the procurement market.
- Ensure the all administration and documentation of purchasing processes (Requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, master data) are compliance with department policy.
- Placing orders to suppliers and coordinates between the supplier and forwarding companies to ensures on-time pickup of all shipments.
- Following the customs release process and transportation from the port to the warehouse & Files all related documents.
- Communicate with our banks for various reasons including following up on our transfers and making sure our paperwork is correct.
- Must be able to complete our filing system, Read all emails and offers filled separately.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of relative experience in the foreign procurement field and logistics cycle.
- MRP experience is Preferred
- Strong communication and negotiations skills.
- Good command of English.
- MS Office skills.
