Service Center Manager - HW Computer

Requirements:

The candidate should be Graduate(Preferably Engineering) with Master or PG Diploma in Operation/Services management and posses the following criteria:

• Must have basic knowledge with HP/LENOVO/IBM Authorized Service provider operations.
• Must possess the Pre qualification to be as ASDP manager.
• Must have min 3-5 years’ experience in the field of Servers, Storage, computing products from known vendors like HP, LENOVO,DELL,IBM.
• Must understand the services Qualification requirements of these vendors.Must have the Target based achievement experiences for all sorts of AMC.
• Must carry the operational understandings of TAT for each/any of the above vendors.
• Must possess the cost analysis expert of Cost vs. Deliverables of Services events.
