Job Description

  • Communication and corporation between the distributions and company departments to respond to their inquiries and requests.
  • Develop and administer a business development database that includes client and prospect information, proposal tracking and follow up, analysis of competition and performance metrics.
  • Assist preparing the new products scientific data , expected sales report
  • Assist in gathering data and information related to the new markets with coordination with our distributers in different countries.
  • Assist in collaborating between Business Development, Client Services and carriers to ensure high participation levels during enrollments.
  • Assist in replaying to Orchidia departments requests including preparing the required reports
  • Assistant in preparing proposals related to new business to management.
  • Assist in new products proposal, writing submission of requests to the R and D.
  • Assist in searching for new distributors preparing the suggested distributors list.
  • Assist in development market and distributors evolution matrix.
  • Follow up of projects progression.
  • Maintain international Sales entry in sales system for each month and quarter and remaining the historical data for sales achievements
  • Prepare Export sales reports and revising it to be sent to the manager
  • Keep filling documents for any paperwork , including soft and hard copy
  • Maintaining Index for all files for easier search(tender-quotations- payment requests , etc.)
  • Prepare quotations documents for international Sales
  • Follow up and manage purchasing request for the business development

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree pharmacy or other scientific faculty ( Science or Vet )
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in administrative field.
  • Ability to work well through others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate.
  • Positive response to pressure.
  • Follow up skills
