Job Description

Marketing Activities

  • Assist in the organization for internal and external events and fairs
  • Assist in the marketing related activities
  • Finalize any paper work required for any activity
  • Administrate Write IT social media network

HR Activities

  • Post job vacancies
  • Gather & Filter received CVs to reach a short list of CVs matching job requirements
  • Schedule test appointments for short-listed candidates
  • Schedule interviews appointments for candidates who passed the test

Management Activities

  • Follow up on company's collection of financial dues
  • Be responsible for ensuring that infrastructure, office equipment and network are always up and running
  • Handle all communication required for work progress whether by e-mail or phone or site visit

Job Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple different tasks
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent English language (writing and speaking)
  • Very good computer skills
  • Good command of MS Office
