Job Description
A multinational company is seeking enthusiastic & ambitious Egyptians to join and lead its sales force team at Heliopolis.
- Implement strategic Sales & Marketing plans that will assist the sales team in achieving and exceeding the sales revenue.
- Oversee report trends and recommend areas of improvement for all aspects of the sales department.
- Create, implement and maintain department policy and procedures for the sales department and identify automation and process improvement and follow-through to implementation.
- Coaching, mentoring, motivating, development and performance management of staff in support of overall customer sales satisfaction and service.
- Help the Sales & Marketing Director developing the annual sales plan in support of the company’s strategy and business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with industry alliances and prospects that meet accredited employee’s status.
- Coaching, mentoring, motivating, development and performance management of staff in support of overall customer sales satisfaction and service.
- Package includes: Fixed Package + commission
Job Requirements
- Previous sales experience is preferred but fresh graduates are more than welcome to apply.
