Job Description
- Order food, beverage and non-food products based on established par
levels - Work closely with the BU’s Management in order to achieve and maintain best quality and prices
- Provide BU’s Manager with special pricing requirements or needs on a
case by case basis - Check all food, beverage and non-food products deliveries for quantity
and quality - Compare unit price on invoices to quotation or contract prices to ensure
purveyor is charging Correctly - Ensure that “request for credit” or return procedure is adhered to and
reflected on invoices Stamp and code invoices - Forward food, beverage and non-food products receiving sheet with
invoices to accounting - Reconcile total food, beverage and non-food products purchases with
accounting monthly - Assist in placing food, beverage and non-food products supplies in their
proper storage areas - Monitor that all products are being properly stored and rotated using the FIFO method
- Record all transfers and costs of sales adjustments
- Oversee the administration and ensure compliance with all aspects of the company policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business or equivalent experience
- Experience in Purchasing/Storeroom or related field.
- Min 3-5 years relevant experience in supply chain management or procurement.
