Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
- Provide help-desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT help-desk
- Assist with on-boarding of new users
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
