Job Description
Job Scope:
- Development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services.
- Design, code, analyze, and test systems for Android applications.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Responsible for the enhancements to existing applications code.
- Store, retrieve and manipulate data to understand system capabilities and requirements.
Job Requirements
- Experience with Android SDK and Android studio.
- Experience with Java.
- Experience with object-oriented programming concepts.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Experience with threading and performance tuning
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Experience in Google Play Services and firebase
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Android Development and have published commercially at least 5 applications
