Hotel Contracting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Follow with the partners to get the rate proposal for the new season.
• Prepare all the needed document and the contract as well for the contracting process.
• Handle all the complimentary rooms and the discount rooms which would be requested.
• Check each day the seat reports, and act according to regarding pushing sales.
• Coordination with the products department to provide the required rates for the new offer.
• Check on a daily basis the materialization report.
• Communication with the hoteliers.
• Respond to the rate request which sent by Moscow office Handle the competitor’s difference sheet.
• Help to win building contracts with all new suppliers, DMC, and hotels as our business need.
• Follow-up to all our suppliers’ statements with the financial management to ensure no delay in bank transfers to keep our good relationship with all suppliers
• Interact and cooperate with all company employees.
