Job Description
- Answering inbound calls and assisting customers who have particular inquiries or questions.
- Transferring both customers' home blood sampling orders and lab to lab orders to relevant branch or unit.
- Acting as the customer's point of contact in case of any delay of samples taking orders.
- Trace the case and make sure that the doctor arrives in time.
- Taking customers' complaints promptly. Make sure that complaints are transferred in a detailed and efficient manner to the company's customer care supervisor.
- Assisting in conducting semi-annual customer satisfaction surveys.
- Conducting outbound calls to the customers from the database to sell new offers.
