Tasks & Duties:
- Manage cash & bank transactions.
- Record journal entries on daily basis.
- Prepare withholding tax report on time manner.
- Comply and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger account.
- Responsible for monthly analysis of AP supplier’s down payment, petty cash, notes payable and expense.
- Responsible for issuing checks, accounts statements reports and other record and reviews for accuracy.
- Prepare outstanding accounts payable balance.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Preparing monthly cash flow.
Job Requirements
Ideal candidate should possess:
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting field, preferably in FMCG / Cosmetics companies.
- Bachelor’s degree of commerce from a reputable university.
- Preferably possessing a background bank reconciliation activities.
- Very good command of English language.
- Excellent MS - Office package skills with expertise level in Excel.
