Web/Applications Quality Assurance Specialist

This role will provide quality assurance and testing duties for our in-house Application Development team. You will also assist in the documentation process, as you will become an expert on exactly how a given application feature should function.

Typical day-to-day responsibilities include thoroughly testing recently developed fixes and features and providing feedback for additional changes/fixes that are still required. Your job is to identify all the problems so that by the time the application is reviewed by the customer, they cannot find anything wrong with it!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform quality assurance (QA) testing on a variety of in-house and client projects
• Identify, execute and document test cases based upon:
  • General project requirements
  • Newly completed development work
  • Areas of concern or interest as raised by client, development team, and your own personal/professional experiences
• Report, track, and re-test discovered issues
• Document project feature specifications
