Job Description
- Analyzing clients' existing systems and business models.
- Mapping and documenting interfaces between legacy and new systems.
- Understanding software development lifecycle.
- Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs.
- Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability to make business more effective.
- Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc.
- Conducting requirements analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems.
- Business process re-engineering and identifying new solutions for business problems to make business more effective.
- Working closely with colleagues, developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Drawing up and supervising testing schedule for implemented systems.
- Overseeing implementation of new systems including data migration.
- Supporting users on change control and system updates.
- Providing training and user manuals to users of a new system.
- Keeping up to date with technical and industry developments.
- Coach, supervise and evaluating team members.
- Participate in action plan creation with higher management.
- Follow up action plan execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related field is preferable
- 7-10 years in software and application implementation projects and business analyses.
- Expert in using Sap Application, operating systems, internet, communication, office and email applications.
- PMP Certificate is preferable
