Role description:
- The individual will be responsible to offer non-technical support to our global B2B customers.
- This would call for excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Those with experience in the travel industry and knowledge of a foreign language will have an edge.
- Previous experience from customer service domain will be an added advantage.
- We will provide the necessary product training to be successful in this role.
Main activities:
- Handle customer queries at the first level
- Leverage CRM and other communication tools
- Offer non-technical support to our global B2B customers through emails and phone calls
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams
- Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry trends
Selection Process:
- Profile Screening and Profile Shortlisting
- Telephonic Round – To check verbal communication skills
- Written Test – To check written skills and thought process
- Face to Face Round with Manager (Video Call)
- Final Round with Director (Video Call).
