Job Description
Overall Purpose of the Job:
- Responsible for the management of the Home Appliances commercial unit towards meeting the short and long term strategic objectives.
Primary Tasks:
- Implements the yearly budget planning process to ensure availability of the annual & seasonal product needs while reviewing the present company stock.
- Designs the annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans for various geographical areas and assigns each member of the sales team their target plan based on a well-studied market vision.
- Develops a strategic plan that coordinates between the annual needs financing budget and the annual sales plan.
- Cover the financial obligations of the company and work to provide them on time in coordination with the financial management.
- Opens new markets for selling locally manufactured as well as imported products.
- Evaluates the Sales Unit performance and structure, and implements the necessary changes towards maximizing the sales percentages while reducing the cost ratios.
- Studies the customers credit status and design an efficient cash collection plan that abides by the company strategic objectives and needs arising with market changes.
- Sets the right credit limit for customers based on a historical forecast for their accounts.
- Leads the sales team members, follows up on their plans achievement and evaluate their performance to meet the unit strategic objectives.
- Proposes the unit organization & salary structure and suggests the necessary monitoring and evaluation procedure for the sales team members.
- Communicates efficiently with the different departments within the assigned scope of responsibility.
- Submits regular weekly, monthly and annual reports concerning products, customers and collection process in coordination with different company departments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree preferably in business administration or engineering.
- Sales Management experience no less than 10 years preferably in the field of selling home appliances
- Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational skills
- Strong management, leadership.
- Ability to communicate well and work through others
- Excellent computer skills.
- Age from 30 to 50 years
