Job Description
- Complete stores developemt target from supervisor
- Responsible for business area visiting and investigating
- Set up and mantain responsible persons and business partners' files, asist to market customers relationship
- Complete reports on time and accurately
- Communicate and negotiate with leasors，follow up stores until signing contract
- Follow up stores after signing contract,manage to handover stores in time
- Assist other departments to connect with malls
- Collect information of competitive brands, assist general manager to make market development plan
- Assist in investment conference and real estate conference
- Complete assigments from leaders
Job Requirements
- Age from 25-40, no gender limitation
- College degree or above
- Good English speaking, good command of communicating,negotiating and e-mail in English, good skills in negotiation and communication
- Good appearance
- More than 3 years work experience in same field, good judgment of store to decide setting branch or not.
- Familiar with Egypt and retail market,including brand orientation, business area situation and rent price
- Familiar with stores resource and shopping mall resource will be preferable
- Acceptable for business travel and over-time work
