Job Description

  • Review and draft contracts upon the need of the departments.
  • Getting the needed approval and licenses for the company projects
  • Assists in issuing all licenses and permits needed for the company.
  • Liaising with ministries, courts and members of the legal profession on all matters related to the company’s legal affairs
  • Research, anticipate & guard company against legal risks.
  • Draft & administer all contracts.
  • Guide managers & ensure compliance with rules & regulations.
  • Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents.
  • Represent company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials etc.).

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant position.
  • Bachelor of Law.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Has working experience in civil law, labor law, Social insurance documents & drafting contracts.
  • Good user of Microsoft.
