Customer Service Specialist ensures that the needs of customers are being satisfied. Their aim is to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization they work for.
Main Duties :
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
- Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses

- Handle returns or complaints
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
