Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Automation and control team to complete the end-to-end automation systems for mechanical parts.
- Analyze the hydraulic and pneumatic manuals and guide automation team for proper cycle
- Automate CNC machines and provide required G Code
- Provide detailed documentation upon project/task completion
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with minimum grade of Very Good
- A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience working with similar position duties is required. Fresh graduate with proven knowledge is acceptable
- Must prove his knowledge by showing actual references for delivered projects
- Multitasking with ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient in design, problem-solving, and debugging
- Creative thinking, detail orientation, manual dexterity
- Strong oral and written communication
- If you are not a proactive candidate, so this job is not for you
Qualifications:
- Experience in CNC is required i.e. Router, Turning, Plasma, etc.
- Proficient in G-code programming
- Proficient in using Software tools i.e. AutoCAD, Solid-works, Artcam, Powermill, etc.
- Well knowledge of CAD/CAM, Motion Control, Servo & VFD (Variable-frequency drive)
- Well knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Troubleshooting mechanical equipment problems
- Strong skills of monitoring and improving manufacturing processes and equipment
- Experience in any of the following industries: Furniture, Packing, Plastic, Textiles, Food Processing, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, or Automotive
Having the following skills will be a plus:
- PLC
- Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, UL and CE
