Job Description
- Placing orders to suppliers and coordinates between the supplier and forwarding companies to ensures on-time pickup of all shipments.
- Handling all necessary shipping documents as per local or origin country rules and regulations.
- Monitor the shipping and tracking updates for incoming shipments and fill the standard tracking sheets and reports to the logistics manager.
- Following the customs release process and transportation from the port to the warehouse & Files all related documents.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with both employees at all levels and vendors.
- Communicate with our banks for various reasons including following up on our transfers and making sure our paperwork is correct.
- Must be able to complete our filing system, Read all emails and offers filled separately.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years relative experience in foreign purchasing and logistics cycle.
- Dynamic and self-motivated person.
- Good command in English is a must.
- Good Computer skills.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent management, communication and negotiation skills.
- B.Sc degree of Accounting is Preferred.
