Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Prepare power point slides and small reports.
  • Prepare excel sheets.
  • Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily
  • Operations in the office
  • Schedule and arrange meetings
  • Direct preparation of records such as agenda, minutes, and resolutions for meetings
  • Handle and manage Filing
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, events, and conferences
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management
  • Systems, and performing basic book keeping work
  • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing communications

Job Requirements

  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word - Excel - Power Point).
  • Excellent Internet knowledge (Search on Google - Facebook ...etc).
  • Good computer skills.
  • Females only can apply.
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Can work outside Egypt.
