Receptionist job Responsibilities
- Receptionist Required for a Medical Consultations Company in Mohandessine
- Welcomes Patients and visitors by greeting Patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Optimizes Patients ' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
- Keeps Patients appointments on schedule by notifying the provider of Patients' arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule; reminding provider of service delays.
- Comforts Patients by anticipating Patients ' anxieties; answering Patients' questions; maintaining the reception area.
- Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving Patients records.
- Maintains Patients accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
Receptionist Skills and Qualifications:
- Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills.
- Proficient in English & Arabic languages (verbal & written).
- Proficient in MS Office Applications; Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc..
