Job Description

Receptionist job Responsibilities

  • Receptionist Required for a Medical Consultations Company in Mohandessine
  • Welcomes Patients and visitors by greeting Patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Optimizes Patients ' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
  • Keeps Patients appointments on schedule by notifying the provider of Patients' arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule; reminding provider of service delays.
  • Comforts Patients by anticipating Patients ' anxieties; answering Patients' questions; maintaining the reception area.
  • Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving Patients records.
  • Maintains Patients accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

Receptionist Skills and Qualifications:

  • Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills.
  • Proficient in English & Arabic languages (verbal & written).
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications; Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc..
