Job Description

Call Center Agent Job Duties:

  • Establishes Patients profiles by obtaining Patients information and maintaining the database.
  • Call Center Agents are required for a Medical Consultations Company in Mohandessin.
  • Obtains patients information by answering telephone calls; interviewing Patients; verifying information.
  • Determines eligibility by comparing Patients information to requirements.
  • Establishes policies for entering Patients information; confirming pricing.
  • Informs Patients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
