Call Center Agent Job Duties:
- Establishes Patients profiles by obtaining Patients information and maintaining the database.
- Call Center Agents are required for a Medical Consultations Company in Mohandessin.
- Obtains patients information by answering telephone calls; interviewing Patients; verifying information.
- Determines eligibility by comparing Patients information to requirements.
- Establishes policies for entering Patients information; confirming pricing.
- Informs Patients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
