Job Description
- The incumbent of the position is responsible for following up and maintaining Organizational Structure, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Job Descriptions, Human Resources Risk, Internal Communication, Employer Branding, Training Activities
- Assist in developing Career paths and Succession plans etc.
- S/He is responsible for HR Reporting including statistical Reports.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration; or any related study. Human Resource certificate is a must.
- three years’ experience in HR.
- Planning and Analytical Skills, as well as Budgeting Skills.
- Good knowledge of Organizations Structure.
- Good knowledge of work process and Policy & Procedures.
- Sufficient level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Communication, Time Management, Problem Solving, Team Building and Customer Service Skills.
