Job Description

  • Maintaining executive`s agenda and assisting in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences.
  • Attending meetings, Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate.
  • Handling and prioritizing all outgoing or incoming correspondence ( e-mail - letters....).
  • Preparation travel arrangements of executives.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible, following up related departments.
  • Helping with new hiring (searching & interviewing), Taking the minutes of the chairman meetings .

Job Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, Integrity and confidentiality, Ability to work well under pressure, Creative, Ability to manage multi tasks in an accurate manner .
  • Must be quick professional with great time-management and multi-tasking ability.
  • Bachelor Degree .
  • Females Only .
  • Excellent in English ( speaking and writing ) .
  • Computer Skills ( word - excel - windows - outlook - Internet ..)
