Job Description

Essential Duties and responsibilities

  • Manages & develops the Communication channels including but not limited to following up with communicating with overseas suppliers, external entities such as banks, customs and internal suppliers.
  • Ensures documentations are complete and well organized and documented.
  • Reviews documents submitted to local banks and sending them accordingly.
  • Follows up with local banks to guarantee on time completion of pending tasks.
  • Coordinates with Finance department to guarantee the alignmentآ of Management duties with financial
  • Communicates and Follow up with custom clearance officer to ensure proper documentation handling between ports and head office.
  • Handles some cash disposals including but not limited to sending cash to custom clearance officer for custom payments and follow up on the receipt of invoices and financial documents.
  • Collects cheques and deposit these cheques in banks according to company policy.
  • Issues all payment cheques and submitting them to suppliers and Partners.
  • Handles all cash deposits and withdrawals in company banks both in local and foreign currencies.
  • Takes ownership and follow up with the legal advisor on the renewal of operational license, commercial reg. and tax card.
  • Takes ownership and handles all insurance policies and the renewal procedures for these policies.
  • Processes bills for payment and liaises with finance department according to company policies.
  • Manages the company fleet and prioritize transportation requirements.
  • Directly reports to the Managing Director of the Group.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor Degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience 1-2 years in a similar position.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents written in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to write reports and correspondences.
  • Good organization skills and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone
