Job Description
- Liaises with relevant government bodies (Labor office, Social Insurance, Work Force, etc.) efficiently in order to ensure expediting of formalities and document processing.
- Liaises with hotels, air lines’ agencies, telecommunication agencies, embassies, and all of the service providers related to administration issues.
- Reviews and approves official documents (Visa, Permits, Car License application/renewal, health documents, etc.) so that they can be processed in a timely manner.
- Controls employees’ attendance including absence, overtime, sick leaves, vacation schedule and obtains the necessary approvals.
- Finds additional housing for new employees and foreigners.
- Manages the reception and meeting rooms area.
- Controls and supervises all personnel issues including updating employees’ files, implementing legislations such as social insurance (Form 1, 2, and 6) and labor standards.
- Oversees the transportation of staff from the factory to housing and vice versa, controls bus drivers scheduling. Monitors preventive maintenance schedules of all vehicles and buses.
- Oversees the cleanness of the factory with its utilities from inside and outside.
- Develops and maintains healthy relation with the governmental and non-governmental organizations for better and fast functioning of the organization.
- Manages medical plan including medical care costs and make recommendations for budgets.
- Manages and supervises the security of UCMENA; including provision of security guards, site offices, etc… and ensures that security measures and properly undertaken.
- Develops administration policies and procedures for all company admin activities and ensures the proper implementation.
- Reviews factory catering process and ensures that hygienic process is implemented.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree in a related field preferably business.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the Administration field, preferably with a reputable hygienic manufacturing company.
Skills:
- Excellent command of English, and Arabic.
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power-Point, MS Project, outlook).
- Excellent management skills (Planning, Organizing, Controlling, & Leading).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to set priorities identifies and addresses problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
- Ability to deal with governmental authorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player, independent employee, and proactive.
