- Ensure all premises always are appealing, clean, healthy and hygienic environment and to comply with corporate image and government regulations.
- Implement a “customer first” culture within the Admin services team and the suppliers such that the requirements of the business and the people are anticipated and met
- Manage all cleaning, pest control, stationaries, buffet, filing, business cards and documentation across all branches to ensure efficient results and avail high standard service to the company premises
- Maintain market survey and benchmark for prices of new properties (rent/Owned) in coordination with admin maintenance to ascertain best practice for company.
- Develop periodical site visit plan for all subordinates to maintain sustainable administrative services.
- Inspect branches on regular basis to ensure compliance to the regulations and policies.
- Follow up on issuance of governmental licenses and utility contracts to all Ibn Sina properties to ensure proper services to the locations.
Job Requirements
- University degree in any discipline.
- 6-8 years' experience in the Administration operation; 3 years in a managerial position.
- Solid experience in administration field is a must.
- Deep understanding of ISO Certificates is a plus.
- Excellent Negotiation, Problem Solving, Communication, and leadership skills
