- Follow all the accounting procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Maintain Receipts, records and withdrawals of the Accounting Safe.
- Implement and maintain a filling system that ensures all documents are preserved and easily retrieved.
- Check Accounting System to release required Payments.
- Receive Cash Payments to prepare the necessary Journal Entries.
- Receive Checks E-mail to prepare the required checks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2-4 Years of Experience in same Field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
- Basic Command of English language skills.
- Analytical Mindset
- Details Oriented
