Job Description

  • Compile data for consideration and presentations by corporate sales executives.
  • Arrange reports which related to corporate sales executives appointments and sales target.
  • Coordinate the communications between corporate sales executives and other partners” Internally and externally”.
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
  • Attend meetings to record minutes.
  • Participate in the preparations of tenders.
  • Perform all related admin work.

Job Requirements

  • Very Good Command of English language.
  • Very Good Presentation skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Etc.).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrator.
