Job Description
- Compile data for consideration and presentations by corporate sales executives.
- Arrange reports which related to corporate sales executives appointments and sales target.
- Coordinate the communications between corporate sales executives and other partners” Internally and externally”.
- Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
- Attend meetings to record minutes.
- Participate in the preparations of tenders.
- Perform all related admin work.
Job Requirements
- Very Good Command of English language.
- Very Good Presentation skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Etc.).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrator.
