Roles and Responsibilities
- Strive to attain the firm’s goals relative to design excellence in base building.
- Develop technical and schematic designs for multiple project concurrently.
- Possess knowledge of current development trends and practices within the design and construction industries.
- Assist the Project Manager/Team Leader with the design and documentation process and outside consultants.
- Organize and perform multiple tasks concurrently and efficiently.
- Good Knowledge for Tender & Construction Drawings ,BOQ & Specs
Job Requirements
Education Experience and Skills
- Degree in Architecture from a recognised university.
- 5+ years of experience in Detailed Design / Tender Drawings / Shop Drawings with an emphasis on residential ,commercial or hospitality projects.
- Revit is a must
- AutoCad
- Photoshop / 3D Max
- Budgeting, scheduling and assembly capabilities (i.e., specifications and BOQ).
- Strong interpersonal
