- Responsible for preparing and review of calculations, design drawings, and other information.
- Assists the design supervisor in coordinating design management with engineering discipline lead engineers.
- Organizing work to meet priorities.
- Reviewing drawings and designs to control quality and accuracy.
- Producing highly advanced and complex designs in a specialized field.
- Discussing special problems with professional staff and recommending changes to techniques and standards.
- Keeping up-to-date on new design processes and drafting techniques.
- Providing technical guidance to co-workers;
- Organising scheduling and coordinating the activities of a group of designers and drafters
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Possess a bachelor's degree in civil / structural engineering
- Knowledge of construction standards, specifications and processes.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Saudi / International Design Codes
- +5 years of exp. in all structure design phases & construction documentation,
- ETAB ,SAP
- Revit Structure is a must
- Excellent knowledge of Structure Detailing
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to aid in continuous interaction with team members and outside stakeholders.
