Job Description

  • The layout of the active sales includes participation in the development of goals and policy realizable within the company such as policies, products and policies for prices, distribution, promotion and communication with target market.
  • Build and strengthen strong and long term relationships with clients by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Development of the organizational structure effectively and well.
  • The implementation of the activities of the sales identified in the specific policy.
  • The stuff on the efforts of the men of the house and direct it properly.
  • Coordination of the activities of the sales with the other departments such as marketing, procurement, stores, production and finance.
  • Oversight and evaluation on the activities of the sales, and identifying areas of sales, identifying paths of salesmen, and quotas for sales and receiving reports about the activity of sales and evaluate the findings and take corrective action appropriate for the level of performance and sociability.
  • Raise periodic reports on sales to senior management, preparation of periodic reports and annual.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: qualified high suitable.
  • Age: not more than 45 years.
  • Years of experience: at least 10 years.
  • Courses: special courses in marketing and leadership.
  • Skills: fluent in English and preferably French, and proficiency in Computer.
  • Housing: residents of greater Cairo.
  • Holder of driving licence is a special.
