Job Description

  • Troubleshooting user problems, software, hardware and mobile
  • Install and configure user's PCs, Mail and different desktop applications.
  • Support users issues across various IT systems.
  • Handling user network problems.
  • Handling user physical reallocation.
  • Maintaining users' requests on service desk, phone calls and IM.
  • Tracking and Maintaining IT assets on Service Desk
  • Troubleshooting, fixing and testing physical networks elements (Nodes, Patch Panels and Cables).
  • Build and update OS system images for various users' types.
  • Maintaining laptop backup.
  • Troubleshooting OS problems and solving application issues.
  • Report problems feedback and make documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Communications Engineering or related field
  • 2-3 years Experience in a similar job.
  • A resident of Cairo.
  • Age should be below 27 years.
  • Basic knowledge of administrating MS Active Directory.
  • Basic knowledge of MS exchange server.
  • Strong computer hardware knowledge.
  • CCNA Certificate preferred.
  • MCSA 2012 Certificate preferred.
  • Work under stress.
  • Teamwork ability.
  • Hard Worker.
