Job Description
- Troubleshooting user problems, software, hardware and mobile
- Install and configure user's PCs, Mail and different desktop applications.
- Support users issues across various IT systems.
- Handling user network problems.
- Handling user physical reallocation.
- Maintaining users' requests on service desk, phone calls and IM.
- Tracking and Maintaining IT assets on Service Desk
- Troubleshooting, fixing and testing physical networks elements (Nodes, Patch Panels and Cables).
- Build and update OS system images for various users' types.
- Maintaining laptop backup.
- Troubleshooting OS problems and solving application issues.
- Report problems feedback and make documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Communications Engineering or related field
- 2-3 years Experience in a similar job.
- A resident of Cairo.
- Age should be below 27 years.
- Basic knowledge of administrating MS Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge of MS exchange server.
- Strong computer hardware knowledge.
- CCNA Certificate preferred.
- MCSA 2012 Certificate preferred.
- Work under stress.
- Teamwork ability.
- Hard Worker.
