Job Description
- Prepare annual budgets and Company’s strategic operational/business plans
- Prepare monthly reporting packs (e.g. Performance Deck) for the top Management for their review of business performance, liquidity position and cash flow movements.
- Prepare ad-hoc accounting/financial reports for top management.
- Prepare and implement accounting policies – Revenue recognition, accounts receivable and impairment of assets.
- Review value of all properties of the Company periodically based on valuation reports received from independent evaluators, market and other internal and external factors for any impairment losses to be recognized or reversed that may affect the net reported profits/(losses) of the Company.
Job Requirements
- Degree in finance, a certified in SPA, SMA is mandatory
- 7+ years of experience in accounts/finance in the same industry
- Engineering/ construction industry experience
