Job Description
We are looking for developers responsible for building and maintaining client-server web applications with experience in end to end development including testing. The primary responsibilities will be to design, develop, maintenance of GPS Tracking applications. Commitment to maintain quality & stability is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, build and maintain efficient GPS Platform.
- Maintain, Administrate, Backup GPS Tracking server and server/mobile applications.
- Development of features, user interfaces, reports based on guidelines.
- Preferred experience in integrating GPS hardware with GPS-server.
- Translate feature/application ideas and use cases into functional applications.
- Support existing and new clients in a best possible way.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and provide solutions to these problems, while maintaining quality without breaking running systems.
- Knowledge of open source frameworks is desirable (Traccar, Gurtam, Opengts, Glonass, Erlymon, etc…).
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Proficient in Java, JavaScript, Java Applets, Java Servlets, Java Beans, J2EE framework.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in open source development.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Good English verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge of Object Oriented Design, Web User Interface design.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle.
- Excellent communicator.
- Committed to providing optimal efficiency and user-friendly design.
- Self-starter with commitment to professional growth.
- Maven project management will be preferred
- Cloud experience will be preferred
