Job Description

  • Supervise facility management for operation.
  • Planning & preparing all related logistics for the staff accommodation and traveling.
  • Request, follow-up & archive Perform a invoices from suppliers.
    Supervise database & filing system.
  • Arrange events.
  • Follow up the company's cars (cars insurance – licenses.....etc.).
  • Solving all employees issue and needs according to the company policy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales , accounting.
  • Post degree in business administration .
  • At least 8 years’ experience including 2 years in FMCG in the same position .
  • Reasonable experience with database management tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft.
  • Very good in English language
