Job Description
- Developing and executing the strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base to increase market share
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions (Cairo & Alex) projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing products.
- Planning, developing and Implementing Sales strategies for Distribution, Wholesale and Retail across Egypt.
- Developing the distributors’ work plan and putting the policies and processes needed to be able to eliminate the number of existing distributors.
- Staying up to date with all industry matters, pricing, commission and incentive programs in order to maintain company's competitive edge in the sales market.
- Negotiating agreements for contracts with distributors and ensuring commerciality.
Job Requirements
- 8 to 15 years of experience in Home Appliances.
- Retail, Wholesales, Distribution and Show rooms experience.
- Air Conditions - Fans - TV & LED experience.
