Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • This role will be leading our field-based operations to implement healthcare related projects (e.x. Patient Support Programs, Disease awareness programs, Side effects management, treatment affordability programs) designed to address some challenges facing patients in designated disease areas.
  • Also, he/she will be working also with our clients’ cross-functional teams including (Market Access, Medical, and Brand Managers) to acquire, and implement the above-mentioned projects and achieve the agreed-upon objectives and support our company overall strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively manage patient support program(s) by liaising with Clients, as well as institutions including hospitals, insurances, NGOs, physicians, nurses and patients
  • Ensure that eligible patients are enrolled in a timely manner and in accordance with the project workflow and timelines.
  • Develop new business opportunities with GPOs and other potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions
  • Identify opportunities for new projects and opportunities through discussion with clients or stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage program budgets. And manage day-to-day office activities, including line management of staff
  • Prepare timely monitoring reports (monthly) with patient numbers and logistics as well as quality assurance reports (quarterly) for internal review. This includes monitoring and tracking patient files in collaboration with our staff in 'real time' as patients proceed through the program.
  • Maintain and update the program files, including patient and quality assurance data
  • Work in accordance with our SOPs for PV, AE reporting, and patient confidentiality
  • Assist in developing and managing the relationship with the Government as well as key national and international stakeholders in the country.
  • Represent the company at meetings and conferences.

Job Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS

  • Bachelor's degree at least (M.D., Pharmacist)
  • 3-4 years related work experience in healthcare/healthcare reimbursement
  • Experienced in implementing complex programs implementations that require data integration and ongoing quality improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within specified timelines and quality standards
  • Male/female; age less than 30 years old
  • Exceptional Presentation skills, Effective communicator in English/Arabic (written and oral); concise, accurate, English language proficiency is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to provide analysis of quantitative and qualitative performance outcomes to internal/external stakeholders
  • Presentable, patient-centric, details oriented, Problem solver, results driven by proven leadership capabilities
