- مسئول عن استقطاب العمالة الفنية - عمال وفنيين
- القيام بترتيب المقابلات الشخصية وعمل المكالمات ومتابعة المرشحين حتى الحصول على عرض وظيفي
- ومتابعة استكمال اوراق التعيين
- ارسال كل التقارير المتعلقة بالتوظيف بشكل دوري
Job Requirements
- Strong Experience Mass recruitment (especially blue collars hiring) is a must
- Previous experience in food industries and FMCG is highly preferable
- Ability to find resources to hunt blue collars ( labors and technicians) is a must
