Job Description

ABC Egypt Company is a branch of Clinics Pro, USA (An American based Company), located in 35 El Obour Towers on Salah Salem Road in New Egypt, with an International Management is currently looking for the following "Office Manager / Personal Assistant" team member who is responsible for:

  • Answering telephone calls and maintaining diaries
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders

Job Requirements

  • Females ONLY
  • Must have at least 3 years of office management skills, can handle and supervise 25 employees,
  • Flexible to travel on business trips
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
